Your individual constitution (Ayurveda type) is composed of one or more of the three Doshas. Each person is born with his or her own individual Ayurveda type.<\/p>\n<p>Pure <a href=\"http:\/\/www.euroved.com\/en\/new-age-ayurveda\/ayurveda-types\/vata\/\">Vata<\/a>, Pitta or Kapha types are comparatively rare. Mix-types are more common, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vata-Pitta or Pitta-Vata,<\/li>\n<li>Vata-Kapha or Kapha-Vata,<\/li>\n<li>Pitta-Kapha or Kapha-Pitta<\/li>\n<li>as well as Vata-Pitta-Kapha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/fusion_builder_column]<\/p>\n<p>[fusion_builder_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; last=&#8221;yes&#8221; class=&#8221;&#8221; id=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Different treatments, nutritional regimes and lifestyles exist for each Ayurveda type.
